Limpopo Dept of Sports & Culture: Graduate / Internship Programme 2019
Closing Date: 11 September 2018 at 16h00
Applications are hereby invited from unemployed graduates and Technical, Vocational, Education and Training (TVET) College students between 18 and 35 years of age for the filling of 2 internship posts and 25 WIL opportunities, funded by Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality and Sports Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA) and Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA), as outlined below:
Sport & Recreation (2) SAC01/2018
Degree or National Diploma in Sport Management / Sport Science / Sport Development / Recreation studies

Diploma in Human Resource Management

Graduate interns will receive a stipend of R5 000.00 per month for a period of 12 months, commencing on 1 October 2018 and ending on 30 September 2019.
Student interns/ WIL/Experiential learners will receive a stipend of R2 500.00 per month for a period of 18 months, commencing on 1 October 2018 and ending on 31 March 2020.
How To Apply
Applications must be submitted on Z83 form obtainable from any Public Service Department / Institution or can be downloaded from www.dpsa.gov.za.
Applications must be completed in full and signed, accompanied by certified copies of an identity document; educational qualifications (and academic record or statement of results for TVET students) and a comprehensive CV. Applications without attachments will not be considered. A specific reference number for the post applied for must be quoted in the space provided in the form.
Internship applicants who completed their studies but have not yet graduated must attach signed and stamped endorsement letters from their institutions. WIL applicants should submit signed and stamped letter from TVET College indicating name and ID or Student number of the learner and duration of the required experiential learning.
All applications should be submitted to the Head of Department, Department of Sport, Arts and Culture, Private Bag X 9549, POLOKWANE, 0700 or submitted by hand at 21 Biccard Street, POLOKWANE.

All short-listed applicants will be subjected to security clearance, verification of qualifications and must provide their original certificates of the qualification and identity Document on the day of the interviews for verification purposes.
Applicant (s) recommended for appointment will be subjected to all vetting procedures. Applications received after closing date will not be accepted.
