Hours: Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings / Contract basis (6 months)
Salary: R 10000 monthly CTC

We are looking for a Logistics Graduate (New Germany) to assist in our various Departments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is Mandatory
- Rigorous in summarizing information
Responsibilities
- Receive guests
- Monitor COVID-19 procedures
- Assist with overflow of scanning drivers POD's
- Assist with receiving and checking drivers POD's
- Assist with capturing of petty cash slips
- Assist with filing of purchase orders
- Scanning of training manuals
- Assist in getting training materials ready for training sessions
- Stationery orders
- Grocery orders
- Training on FMP in order to capture purchase orders specific to work orders and to close work orders - Train up to costing clerk
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
- Any other ad hoc duty assigned
