Nature of employment: the successful incumbents will be appointed on a fixed term contract basis which will be aligned to the performance of project-based work and the completion of specific duties. The incumbents’ remuneration structure will be packaged based on a basic salary and production incentives.
Experience
The successful incumbents will be expected to perform their duties in an underground environment.
Formal education
- A minimum of an ABET level 4;
- Conversant in English and SeTswana.

Responsibilities
- Underground production and development miners draw, blast, operate mining machinery and perform related duties to extract ore in underground mines and to construct tunnels, passageways and shafts to facilitate mining operations.
