SHORT TERM COMMERCIAL CLAIMS CONSULTANT R 20000 - R 30000 - PER MONTH

Short Term Commercial Claims Consultant needed in a Large Commercial Company based in Centurion PTA. Duties: Handling of commercial motor and non-motor claims from start to authorization of payments Communicate with clients, the responsible party, their insurers, solicitors and various other parties involved in the process, by telephone and or by written communication Ensure effective and timely claims management and settlements (in line with binder agreements SLA's) Adequate reserving of claims Discuss the claim with suppliers and repairers as necessary Adhere strictly to service level agreements Advise clients on general queries and insurance issues Authorizing payments within mandate Consulting team leader when technical assistance is needed in respect of complex or problematic claims Experience: Matric Clear criminal and ITC record Minimum of 60 Credits (NQF level 4) RE5 Minimum 4 Years exp in Short Term Insurance Claims Minimum 2 Years exp in Short Term Commercial Claims.
